Professional cooperation terms for premium hair extension manufacturing and private label services

Cooperation Scope

Applicable Services

These terms apply to all business cooperation between our company and clients for premium human hair extension manufacturing, including but not limited to:

  • Product Manufacturing: Silk Weft, Hand-tied Weft, Genius Weft, Tape-in, K-tip, I-tip, Nano-tip, Clip-in, Halo extensions
  • OEM/ODM Services: Custom manufacturing with client specifications
  • Private Label Solutions: Brand customization, packaging design, logo printing
  • Color Customization: Custom color matching and development
  • Quality Control: Multi-stage inspection and testing services

Client Requirements

Our services are designed for professional clients including luxury hair extension brands, salon chains, master stylists, and authorized distributors. All clients must provide valid business credentials and maintain professional communication standards.

Order Rules & Payment Terms

Payment Structure

Small Orders:

100% payment required before production starts

Bulk Orders:

part deposit before production
part balance before shipment

Delivery Timeline

Sample Orders:

2 weeks from confirmation

Production Orders:

6-8 weeks from deposit receipt

Payment Methods: We accept bank wire transfer. All payments must be received in full before the specified production or shipping milestones.

Customization Terms

Sample Policy

  • Refundable: Sample fees will be deducted from the first production order (minimum order quantity applies)
  • Approval Process: Clients must provide written approval before mass production begins
  • Modifications: Up to 2 rounds of sample modifications included; additional changes may incur extra fees
  • Shipping: Sample shipping costs are borne by the client unless otherwise agreed

Custom Development: For complex customizations involving new techniques or materials, additional development time and fees may apply. All custom specifications will be documented and agreed upon before production.

Quality Assurance & After-sales

Quality Control Process

  • Raw Material Inspection: 100% cuticle-aligned Remy hair verification
  • Production Monitoring: Multi-stage quality checkpoints
  • Color Consistency: Batch color matching and documentation
  • Final Inspection: Comprehensive testing before packaging
  • Shedding Test: Maximum 5% shedding rate guarantee

Inspection Rights

  • Pre-shipment: Clients may inspect goods before final shipment
  • Documentation: Detailed quality reports provided with each order
  • Third-party: Independent quality inspection services available
  • Notification: Any quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt

Quality Guarantee

Manufacturing Defects

30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects including improper attachment, color bleeding, or structural issues. Replacement or refund provided for verified defects.

Hair Quality Standards

6-month guarantee on hair quality including tangling, matting, or excessive shedding beyond normal wear. Coverage excludes damage from chemical treatments or improper care.

After-sales Support

Our dedicated customer service team provides ongoing support including care instructions, troubleshooting, and replacement part availability. Priority support is provided to established wholesale partners and private label clients.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

Breach of Contract

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from product defects or service issues shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or market losses.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

Dispute Resolution Process

Direct Negotiation

Initial attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication between parties within 15 business days.

Mediation

If direct negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to professional mediation through an agreed international mediation service.

Arbitration

Final disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English, and all parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of international commercial arbitration for dispute resolution.
